Welcoming Guest Information and House Guidelines

We are delighted to welcome you and we are dedicated to making your stay with us enjoyable and comfortable.

To ensure the highest level of satisfaction for all of our guests, we kindly ask you to take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following information and house rules.

Security Deposit:

Upon the start of your stay with us, we kindly request a security deposit of €60.00. Please note that this amount may differ from the details provided during your booking. This deposit serves to cover any potential incidental charges or damages to the hotel accommodation or its contents that might occur during your stay, as well as any late check-out fees or overstaying charges.

Our aim is to provide a secure and pleasant environment for all our guests. Rest assured that any deductions will only be made in the case of outstanding charges or damage. If there are no such deductions, we will be delighted to refund your security deposit in full at check-out, via cash, bank wire transfer, or EFT.

Check-out:

As we approach the end of your stay, we would like to remind you that check-out time is set at 12:00 pm on your departure day. Kindly vacate the flat by this time and return your keycards to the reception desk upon departure.

In case you wish to extend your stay on the day of departure, please note this is subject to the flat’s availability. If there are no incoming guests scheduled for your flat, we would be more than happy to accommodate your request. For extensions until 16:00, an additional charge of 40 EUR applies, and for extensions until the evening, the charge equals 100% of a one-night stay.

Please bear in mind that at least one guest in each flat must be over the age of 18. Each guest is also required to present a valid ID or passport upon check-in. We respectfully request that only registered guests enter the flats for the duration of your stay. Any additional guests wishing to stay must register at the reception and pay the necessary charges. Please understand that any violation of this rule may lead to eviction from the property premises.

Room keys:

Upon successful check-in and presentation of a valid ID or passport, you will be provided with a room keycard. This keycard serves as your access to your flat and should be safeguarded carefully.

For your own safety and to maintain the integrity of our security system, we kindly request that you do not leave your keycard in the room when you are away. Instead, please keep it with you at all times.

Upon checking out, we kindly ask that you return the keycard to the reception desk. Please note that in the event of a lost or damaged keycard, a fee of 10 EUR will be charged to compensate for replacement and related services.

Parking:

We are delighted to offer complimentary parking at our property, subject to availability. There’s no need to reserve a spot in advance – simply park and let us take care of the rest.

For the safety and efficiency of all guests, we kindly ask that you leave your car key at the Alp Pasa Hotel reception during your stay. This allows us to maximize our limited parking space, and ensure all our valued guests have a chance to park their vehicles.

Pets:

We understand that your pets are a part of your family, and it is with regret that we inform you that our property does not permit pets on the premises. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of all our guests.

Resort Access:

We are delighted to inform you that as guests of our property, you have the privilege of accessing all facilities at Alp Paşa Hotel, including the restaurants, bar, café, swimming pool, and the beautiful gardens, completely free of charge.

Moreover, to enhance your dining experience, we are offering a special 10% discount on all your meals and beverages ordered at our establishment. The hotel’s restaurant serves a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a diverse a la carte menu, to cater to your unique tastes and preferences.

Please feel free to explore and enjoy these amenities at your leisure, and make the most of your stay with us.

Wi-Fi Access:

For your convenience, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout our property. To connect, please follow the simple steps below:

1. Find and connect to the network named “ALP_PASA_INT” on your device.

2. Use the password: “Alppasa123.” (Please note: the password begins with a capital ‘A’, and ends with a period ‘.’)

3. Upon successful connection, a new page should automatically open in your web browser. If it does not, kindly enter “172.16.10.1:8002” in the search bar of your web browser.

4. When prompted, please enter your room number.

5. Next, please enter your birthdate in the following format: DD MM YYYY

6. Finally, click “LOGIN” to connect to the internet.

Please note: Each guest in the room is required to log in with their own birthdate for the first connection.

Attention: In compliance with Turkish Law No 5651, all internet connections are logged for record purposes.

Use of Electrical Appliances:

For everyone’s safety and convenience, we kindly request that all electrical appliances in the flats be used for their intended purpose. In the unfortunate event that any damage occurs due to improper use, the guest will be held responsible and will need to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.

Fire Safety and Smoking Policies:

We humbly request all our esteemed guests to strictly adhere to the fire safety rules of the hotel. In the unfortunate event of a fire, we advise you to use the stairs and avoid the elevator for your own safety.

Please note that unauthorized use of fire extinguishers is taken very seriously. Should any damage occur as a result, the responsible party will be required to cover the costs of cleaning (100 EUR) and repairs (65 EUR).

Similarly, should the fire alarm be activated unnecessarily and without a legitimate emergency, a compensation fee of 300 EUR will be applied.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly inform you that smoking is only permitted on the balconies. Smoking within the flat is strictly prohibited and any violation of this policy will result in a 150 EUR cleaning fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Consideration for Others:

We kindly ask all our esteemed guests to maintain a respectful noise level and honor the peace and tranquility of others staying with us. To ensure everyone’s comfort, we particularly request that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 22:00 and 10:00. Please note that the organization of parties or playing of loud music within the flats is not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a harmonious environment for all our guests.

Respect for Property and Furnishings:

We kindly request that all furniture and textile items remain within the flat they have been allocated to. For guests who have rented more than one flat, we kindly ask you to refrain from moving items between flats. This ensures we can maintain the quality and integrity of our spaces for all guests to enjoy. Please remember that any damages caused by misuse of household goods will be the financial responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in preserving the quality of our furnishings and decor for everyone’s enjoyment.

Security Measures:

For your peace of mind and to safeguard your precious items, each of our flats is equipped with a secure safety box. We kindly urge you to store your valuables such as cash, jewellery, and other personal items in this box. Please note that while we prioritise the security of our guests, we cannot be held liable for the loss of any belongings from your flat or elsewhere on the property. Ensuring the safekeeping of your personal items will provide both you and us with the utmost assurance.

Garbage Disposal:

We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy environment during your stay. Should you accumulate any waste, we kindly request that you place it outside your door by 11:00 am. Our dedicated team will promptly collect and dispose of it, ensuring your comfort and cleanliness in your living space. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.

Housekeeping:

Please kindly note that our standard reservation does not include daily housekeeping services. However, we remain dedicated to your comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Should you need additional housekeeping services, they can be arranged for a nominal fee. Moreover, we are more than pleased to provide you with fresh towels and bed linens, as well as restock any missing items at no extra cost, should you require these during your stay. Please feel free to request these at your convenience.

Laundry service:

A detailed price list for laundry services is available in your flat.

Washing and drying:

There is a washing and drying machine in the building. Ther is no guest access. If you request laundry service during your stay, we can do it and this will be charged additionally. Washing and drying your clothes cost 20 EUR (up to 10 kg & one colour). For reservation, please forward your request via messenger the day before.

Iron and ironing board:

Iron and ironing board is available on request. For reservation, please forward your request via messenger the day before.

Swimming Pool and Beach Access:

The swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 18:00, and pool towels are provided. For beach access, please use your own towels. Please be aware that the use of towels provided in your flat are purely for use in the room and they must not be taken from the room, for example, to the pool area or to the beach. The nearest beach, Mermerli Beach, charges a fee for entry. Alternatively, our guests enjoy free entrance, sunbeds, and umbrella at our partner beach in Lara Beach.

Reporting Issues:

Should you encounter any issues or failures during your stay, please promptly inform the reception for swift resolution.

Damage:

Any damage caused negligently or intentionally will be charged accordingly.

We deeply appreciate your cooperation and wish you a truly enjoyable and serene stay with us.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL RULES & REGULATIONS

-The Swimming pool is exclusively for House Guests.

-No Lifeguard on Duty. Swim at your own risk!

-Hours of Pool operation are from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

-The maximum depth of our swmimming pool is 1.60cm.

-Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.

-Diving, Jumping and Running is not permitted. Pool users are requested to maintain decorum at all times.

-The pool area is slippery. Please be carefull at all times.

-Persons under the influence of alcohol/drugs are not allowed to use the Pool and garden.

-It is not allowed to make a reservation for sunbeds, umbreallas, chairs and etc. around the Swimming Pool.

-It is not allowed to use towels and bathrobes that are provided in the houses around the Swimming Pool and the Beach.

-Kindly keep all valuables in the lockers provided, management cannot be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property left at the swimming pool premises, or throughout property.

-People with long hair must wear a Swimming cap.

-For Hygiene reasons, all persons are requested to take a shower before using Swimming Pool facility.

-Food and Beverages from outside the property is not allowed in the Pool garden.

-Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool premises.

-Persons suffering from any disease are not permitted to use the Swimming Pool.

-These rules and regulations are subject to change any time without notice.

-Guests swim at their own risk and the Management will not be responsible for any injuries while using the property facilities.
